Megan’s practice focuses on employment litigation, general liability, premises liability, professional liability, and workers’ compensation.

Prior to joining Hassett & Donnelly, P.C., Megan worked as an associate for an established litigation law firm in Connecticut.  She has a broad range of litigation experience including handling employment, discrimination and workers’ compensation actions.

She has amassed considerable courtroom experience with favorable trial and dispositive motion practice in CHRO and Connecticut State and Federal courts.  She has also successfully argued in front of the Connecticut Appellate Court and has briefed appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit and the Connecticut Supreme Court.

Megan earned her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.  She earned her B.S. from the University of Connecticut.

Megan is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut; United State District Court, District of Connecticut; and the United State Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
