January 31, 2018 – Attorneys David Hassett, Gerard Donnelly, Scott Ober and Kelly Petter hosted a live seminar before approximately 50 claims professionals in Connecticut. The half-day seminar provided CLE credits to Connecticut claims adjusters and focused on bad faith claims handling, c. 93A and 176D, CUTPA and CUIPA. Further, the attorneys presented a detailed analysis of favorable and unfavorable venues and used examples of recent trial successes to highlight the importance of careful jury selection.
