David successfully obtained a defense verdict in a jury trial pending in Middlesex Superior Court in a case involving a worker who tripped and fell over a pallet truck.  The plaintiff alleged he sustained serious injuries and significant lost earning capacity as a result of the fall.  The jury returned with a verdict in favor of the defendant.
