Robert’s practice focuses on premises liability, general liability, and business and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Hassett | Donnelly, Rob worked as an associate at a leading Boston-area firm, handling business litigation matters. Rob represented a diverse group of clients in complex civil disputes – including commercial contract, real estate, and consumer-protection litigation – managing every stage from pleadings through trial.
In addition, Rob is experienced in handling complex healthcare fraud and RICO claims, assisting clients in recovery of tens of millions of dollars and conducting in-depth analyses of medical and billing records to uncover irregularities and potential fraud. Rob’s exceptional investigative, research and analytical skills are invaluable to obtaining positive results for our clients.
Robert earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School where he assisted local small business owners as a member of the law school’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic and actively participated in the Intellectual Property Law Society. Robert graduated cum laude from College of the Holy Cross, earning repeated Dean’s List Honors and serving as Secretary of the Phi Alpha Theta (National History Honors) Society.
