Martin’s practice focuses on general liability, transportation litigation, construction litigation and premises liability.
Marty earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he served as a Staff Writer and as the Research Editor for the U.C.C. Reporter-Digest and was also an active member of the American Constitution Society and the Sports Law Society. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics, with a minor in Constitutional Studies, from the University of Notre Dame.
Prior to joining Hassett | Donnelly, Marty gained legal experience with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office and interned at several established Massachusetts law firms, where he assisted in the handling of complex claims management matters, workers’ compensation law, and toxic tort litigation.
