Overview

Caitlyn focuses her practice on premises liability, transportation liability, construction litigation, hospitality and liquor liability, and insurance coverage matters.

Caitlyn has handled a number of high-profile matters, including claims involving significant property loss, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death.

Caitlyn also regularly handles complex insurance coverage matters, including filing and defending declaratory judgment actions and preparing formal coverage opinions. Her experience includes defending insurers in first-party and bad faith claims made against insurers.

Caitlyn earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she served as Case Note and Comment Editor for the university’s law review. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Iona College, where she received the Departmental Award for English.
