Caitlyn’s practice will focus on premises liability, transportation liability, construction litigation, hospitality and liquor liability, and toxic torts.
Caitlyn earned her J.D. from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, graduating magna cum laude. While at Pace, she held the position of Case Note and Comment Editor for the university’s law review. She earned her B.A. from Iona College, graduating magna cum laude, where she earned the Departmental Award for English.
Prior to joining Hassett & Donnelly, P.C. Caitlyn served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Ellen Torregrossa-O’Connor of the Superior Court of Monmouth County, New Jersey. Additionally, she has interned for Pace Women’s Justice Center, the United States District Court, S.D.N.Y, the Westchester District Attorney’s Office, and a New York civil litigation law firm.
