Delilah’s practice focuses on appellate litigation, insurance coverage, intellectual property litigation, and municipal liability.
Delilah earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for the International Law Journal, President of the International Law Society, and Vice-President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. She also competed in multiple moot court competitions, including the Irving R. Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition, where her team advanced to the Quarterfinal round and received the award for Best Petitioner’s Brief, the Homer Albers Prize Moot Court Competition, and the Stone Moot Court Competition.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating magna cum laude, from Davidson College, majoring in English with a minor in Art History.
Prior to joining Hassett | Donnelly, Delilah served as an intern with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and as a judicial extern with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
