Dylan’s practice focuses on transportation litigation, premises liability, construction litigation, and intellectual property litigation.
Dylan graduated from Boston University School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property. During law school, he was invited to participate in the Homer Albers Prize Moot Court Competition and was a finalist. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, where he majored in Philosophy.
Prior to joining Hassett | Donnelly, Dylan worked for several years as an associate for a Boston-based personal injury law firm and for an established insurance defense firm. Dylan brings extensive experience in handling high exposure cases, including matters arising from catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Dylan often handles matters on both a pre-suit and in-suit basis, attending site inspections, conducting and coordinating any needed investigation, preparing pleadings, conducting and defending depositions, and working with a variety of liability and medical experts.
