Patrick focuses his practice on premises liability, municipal litigation and appellate matters. His experience in a diverse case load of commercial and public defense allows him to successfully handle a vast array of tort civil litigation actions in his Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Vermont practices. Prior to joining Hassett | Donnelly, Patrick worked as an Associate at an established insurance defense firm in Boston handling long-term care litigation, human services liability and professional liability matters.
With a background of strong writing and legal research skills, Patrick excels in crafting legal arguments for dispositive motions and appellate briefs. He brings his tested background in business and municipal liability to his practice which also includes pre-suit investigations and assessments for early resolutions where possible.
