Boston, Massachusetts. January 31, 2020 – Hassett & Donnelly, P.C., an insurance defense trial practice firm, announced today that Alexandra B. Howard has joined the firm as an Associate in its Boston office.
Ms. Howard’s practice will focus on insurance coverage, bad faith, construction defect, appraisal issues and commercial general liability matters.
Prior to joining Hassett & Donnelly, P.C., Ms. Howard worked as an Associate at an established insurance defense firm in Boston where she handled a varied case load including commercial general liability, property disputes, employment discrimination matters and insurance coverage matters. In addition, Ms. Howard previously worked as an Associate Claims Case Manager handling disability claims for a large insurance company.
In 2016, Ms. Howard earned her J.D from Wake Forest University School of Law where she earned several prestigious awards including the Law Dean’s Scholarship. In 2012, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Judicial Studies from the University of New Hampshire, where she was granted membership to the honor society Phi Beta Kappa and graduated summa cum laude.
Ms. Howard is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire.
She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association (MassDLA) and Claims and Litigation and Management (CLM).
