Corey’s practice focuses on premises liability, transportation litigation, trucking law, environmental law and toxic torts, and product liability. In addition, Corey has resolved many high-profile matters including those involving claims of negligent security, emotional distress, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. He often manages matters on a pre-suit basis, coordinating investigations, inspections and expert witness examinations and, when appropriate, steers matters toward successful resolution through alternative dispute resolution before legal action is filed. Prior to joining Hassett | Donnelly, Corey worked as an associate for an established civil litigation firm in Boston, frequently handling high-value asbestos claims.
Corey has a thorough understanding of our clients’ unique needs and has a proven track record of efficiently facilitating early resolution of cases whenever possible. He also has a strong reputation as a skilled litigator in the courtroom, trying cases as well as successfully obtaining dismissals and summary judgment wins.
