Casey’s practice focuses primarily on representing insurance companies in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. She frequently provides formal coverage opinions to insurers regarding both first-party and third-party claims and litigates declaratory judgment actions involving complex coverage disputes under both commercial and personal lines policies in state and federal courts across New England. Casey’s experience also includes defending insurance companies against allegations of bad faith claims handling practices and wrongful failure to defend or settle claims against their insureds.
Casey also represents municipal clients, large corporations, and small business owners in complex litigation and employment matters. She has handled numerous high-exposure cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.
Casey has a keen understanding of our clients’ unique needs and efficiently facilitates early resolution of cases when possible. When required, however, Casey is a zealous advocate and has a successful track record of dismissals, summary judgments, and defense verdicts.
