Jennifer is an experienced litigator handling matters involving premises liability, transportation litigation, and product liability. Jennifer has significant trial experience and has a strong track record of success handling complex, high-exposure matters in state and federal courts throughout Connecticut.
Jennifer has represented a diverse range of clients including commercial property owners, national retailers, business owners, homeowners, vehicle owners and operators and insurance companies. Many of her cases involve claims of catastrophic injury and she has extensive experience working with medical and liability experts. Further, Jennifer has defended a number of product liability matters involving the sale and distribution of food products to consumers.
